Whistleblowing

The companies of Mondo Group, with the aim of combating violations of the 231 model, violations of the rules of European Union law and relevant conduct pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, have activated a dedicated channel aimed at allowing internal subjects (e.g. collaborators) and external parties (e.g. suppliers) to report any relevant offenses pursuant to the Whistleblowing Decree (Legislative Decree no. 24/2023). The supervisory body, responsible for reports, in compliance with Legislative Decree no. 24/2023, undertake to guarantee the confidentiality of the reporter, the report and the subjects involved in it.
